Verizon will be hosting an open house on Thursday, June 24 for Language Assist. Retail Sales Consultant positions (English & Spanish) to work in either the Montclair or Pomona Verizon Plus Store. Come by anytime between 10am and 1pm. The event will be held at the Verizon Plus Store, 5484 Moreno St., Montclair, CA 91763. We’re looking for someone with serious ambition, who has what it takes to close sales, beat quotas and earn great commissions. Ideal candidate would have 1 year of sales and customer service experience within the last five years.

Principal accountabilities:
• Sale of network products
• Administrative functions relative to ordering, receiving, and maintaining inventory
• Receipt and processing of payments for monthly telephone service, as well as direct sale purchases

Essential Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Hours of operation vary. Candidates must be able to work any shift given including holidays, weekends and overtime as required
• Requires strong sales skills and providing excellent customer service in a courteous and tactful manner
• College degree desired
• Associates may earn an average of $28,000 to $36,000/year (hourly rate plus commission); however, there is a potential to earn $45,000/year plus.
• Wage credit may be granted for related experience and/or college degree
