The position you are considering is slated to transition to Frontier when the pending transaction with Frontier closes. That closing is expected to occur on July 1st. If you become employed by Verizon, and then transition to Frontier, your benefits (active and/or retiree) will also transition to Frontier. This will be the case regardless of whether your employee status with Verizon is as a regular employee or otherwise.


Position Responsibilities:
• Responsible for leading a cross-functional team on process, procedures, and action plans for the FiOS Jeopardy Desk
• Responsible for directing the efforts of field associates
• Accountable for operational objectives including, but not limited to, customer commitments, installation intervals, jeopardy/work management, GATB, sales, customer retention, service commitment levels, etc.
• Lead and Participate on Region GATB calls
• Perform RCA analysis and develop action plans to mitigate performance and service issues
• Provide leadership and direction to DRC/Field teams; driving results
• Requires excellent decision-making, communication, and presentation skills
• Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in accordance with business needs
• Required to interface with other departments, lines of business, and external vendors on a daily basis including FSC, FSRC, Region DRC, CSSC, ROS, National Support Staff and Engineering
Required Skills & Experience:• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Proficient with office tools, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
