As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be responsible for receiving trouble reports from customers and performing testing functions. The successful candidate will use various computer systems to analyze data as well as communicate directly with customers to resolve trouble reports. You will perform test functions and provide analysis for corrective action. Finally, you will be responsible for recommending and selling new products, services and equipment.
Applicants must qualify on pre-employment testing, medical and background checks.
