Verizon 3-Day Open House

Verizon is hosting a 3-Day OPEN HOUSE on the following dates:

Wednesday, April 7th
- Info Sessions - 8 am to 3 pm

Thursday, April 8th
- Testing - 8 am to 1 pm
- Interviews - 3 pm to 6 pm

Friday, April 9th - Testing - 8 am to 2 pm
- Interviews - 2 pm to 5 pm

The event will be held at the Verizon Call Center 1800 41st St., Everett, WA 98201.

Verizon will be conducting information sessions, testing, and interviewing onsite for only our multiple Customer Contact Sales Associate positions to work in the Everett, WA Call Center.

Our Customer Contact Sales Associate serves as a principal link between the company and its high value residential customers. Principal accountabilities:
- Recommend and sell Verizon products and services
- Meet/exceed all sales and customer service goals
- Provide flexible options to customers based on product and service needs
- Billing research and follow up with customers and negotiation of payment arrangements

Essential Requirements:
- Hours of operation are 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday. Candidates must be able to work any shift given including holidays, weekends and overtime as required
- Requires high level of customer contact to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi task while working with various computer applications
- College degree desired

Compensation is based on an hourly rate ranging from $9.65 to $21.45 plus commission. Wage credit may be granted for related work experience and/or college degree.
