Customer Zone Tech I – (Antigo, Minocqua, Plymouth & Wausau) - Installs, maintains and/or repairs central office equipment. Must have training in AC/DC, Basic Electronics and Digital Logic. An electronics technical degree or equivalent experience is required.

Customer Zone Tech II – (Adams, Cedar Grove, Oregon, Orfordville, Owen, Plymouth, Random Lake, Sauk City, Slinger & Wausau) – Installs, maintains and/or repairs network facilities, and associated apparatus from the station equipment to the line card; performs other related duties.

Cable Splicer – (Minocqua, Oregon, Slinger, Sun Prairie) – Performs all types of cable construction and maintenance work including customer location and cross-connection to Central Office.

Vehicle Maintenance Tech – (Plymouth, Portage, Sun Prairie) – Fleet Mechanic; performs maintenance and repair of internal combustion engines, transmissions, brake systems and electrical systems. Must have Class A Commercial Drivers License (or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire); A.S.E Master Automobile or Master Medium/Heavy Truck Technician certification.

Building Services Tech – (Plymouth) – Inspects, maintains, repairs and replaces building mechanical and electrical systems. EPA Universal certification (CFCS) required.

Customer Care Advocate – (Sun Prairie) – Communicate directly with customers to resolve trouble reports. Recommend and sell new products, services and equipment.
